Twitter killer Takahiro Shiraishi's truth!!!
Japan has one of the world’s richest countries, after South Korea and Hungary, and its government has prioritized suicide prevention, monitoring suicide-related message boards on the internet, among other measures. The Japanese murder rate, by contrast, is one of the lowest in the world, making the news media all the more obsessed with the terrible details of the current case.
Today we will talk about a man named Takahiro Shiraishi who had confessed to killing eight women he stalked on social media, and a man he thought suspected him. He committed crimes that aroused many of the countries in social fears.
Mr. Shiraishi, nicknamed “the Twitter killer” had confessed to meeting eight women over social media and preying on their insecurities to lure them into meetings over two months. He deadens them, sexually assaulted them, and then killed them to stop them from reporting him to the police. Also, he later killed a man victim because he had got to know about his murder.
Background:
Takahiro Shiraishi grow up in Zama with his parents and younger sister, he did his Junior High School and Senior High School in the city of Yokohama, he was a quiet and inconspicuous boy and his grades were bright and he was a very good student, in early age he took his school seriously. One of his classmates said that he even did not stand up in the class, he was the kind of person in the background. He was a very silent boy and had a serious nature. Around his time of completion of his study, his parents got divorced and his younger sister and mother moved out from the family home. After graduating from Senior High School he picked up jobs in a supermarket, food factory, and also in gambling parlors. When he was 25 years old he moved to the ‘Ikebukuro' part of kabuki, Tokyo's biggest red-light district where he became a scout for prostitution, and he had worked as a "Kaori Scouto" (a scout who persuades women into brothels to work in the sex industry). At this stage, people had started warning locals about him, describing him as a "creepy scout".
In June 2017 Shiraishi moved back to Zama with his father, at that time he told his father that he finds no meaning in life anymore. He involved himself in social media, and it is said that he was very fascinated about death and suicide and he started making various Twitter account and he looked those people who feel the same as to commit suicide. one of his account in Twitter is @hangingpro wherein profile pic has an abrasion in the neck of animation which describes hanging, and he wrote that I want to help people who are in pain and they can DM me anytime.
Then he regularly stalked Twitter and contacted suicidal people asking them to come to his house so he could watch them commit suicide. He offered to either assist or watch them kill themselves. He had committed nine murders including eight women and a man through Twitter hence his other name was also brought as the Twitter killer.
What happened exactly?
Takahiro Shiraishi, aged 30, had confessed to the killing, hooking, and slaughtering of eight women and one man. He admitted to targeting internet users through Twitter by particularly aiming at users who had posted about finishing their own lives. Shiraishi used to tell them he could help them in carrying out their plans, and also probably die with them.
On Twitter, many users expressed their intentions to commit suicide or wanted to suicide while Takahiro Shiraishi used to read these messages and invited those people by saying that he would help them to commit suicide. Hence, The trial said that the accused carrying a Twitter account in March 2017 to contact women those are pondering about suicide and he can confess them easily through posts and messages.
Eight of his sufferers were female, one of them woman aged 15. The only male sufferer, aged 20, was killed after confronting Mr. Shiraishi about the location of his girlfriend.
The 29-year-old is believed to have enticed his victims by telling them he could help them die and in some cases claimed he would kill himself alongside them.
His Twitter profile contained the words: "I want to help people who are really in pain. Please DM [direct message] me anytime."
Nine dismembered bodies were found in Japan flat
The serial killings first came to know when police were finding a young woman, who turned out to be one of the sufferers later.
Police visited Mr. Shiraishi's flat in the Zama city of japan, near Tokyo, where they found dismantled body parts.
Police officers found out the bodies of Mr. Shiraishi’s victims in his flat outside of Tokyo after the disappearance of a 23-year-old woman who had posted on Twitter that she was finding someone to kill herself with.
Investigators followed Mr. Shiraishi to his apartment, where they found the bodies of eight women and one man with their heads pulled out and put in the cooler boxes. Shiraishi later declared that he had at first considered denying his involvement but changed his mind in the face of the oppressive pieces of evidences against him and he told a court in Tokyo that the allegations against him "are all correct".
How the investigation was done in this case:
One of the missing women's brothers started a search by himself to find his sister. A woman helped him by contacting Shiraishi and arranging a fake appointment. They both involved the police in their strategy.
The police then arrived at the flat of Shiraishi and asked where are the missing women. Shiraishi revealed she was in the freezer. Police found nine dead bodies in the house, all of which had been dismantled in three cooler boxes and five large storage boxes, police found heads, legs, and arms from his victims. Neighbors testified to the events by confirming that foul smells of decaying flesh had come from his house. Shiraishi had removed the elements of the people into his bin, which had been taken away in the recycled garbage.
The police investigation had confirmed the missing woman had been walking with Shiraishi on October 23.
Shiraishi contended that his intention was sex. He wanted to use his victims weak states to exploit and sexually assault them, fulfilling his fantasies, and not having concern about them.
What impact have the killings had?
The serial killings have horrified Japan. When it was uncovered in 2017 it prompted a new debate about websites on which suicide is discussed. At the time the government indicated it may introduce new laws in the constitution.
