Farmer's protest on 26 January || who is wrong?
What actually happened there?
The farmers wanted to conduct a tractor rally in Delhi on 26 January, for which they received permission after repeated discussions with the Delhi Police, Some protestor groups turned violent while carrying out this tractor rally and they started recklessly driving the vehicles and attacking the police. The biggest event that happened was that some rebels also put a flag on the Red Fort which is believed to be of Nissan Sahib.
But now a question arises in the mind that why did the police permit the tractor rally on January 26, but it was not so when the Delhi Police permitted the tractor rally to the farmers. Guidelines were also set. The police and the farmers had agreed on the Total of Thirty-Six condition in which the route, total allowed people, and other things were disseminated. The NOC farmers who were given by the police said that if the farmer had any of these conditions Violet will be suspended on the spot.
Ghazipur, Singhu, Chilla, and Tikri border, these four routes were allotted to the farmers for the rally and it was also said that there is no permission to picket there, the rally was permitted from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm in the situation. It was also said the condition that no person would take alcohol and does not have any weapon of any kind, in those conditions, it was also said that if any kind of violence or misconduct arises then the proper legal action on it Will be taken.
On the morning of 26 January, farmers started their tractor rally, in beginning, the rally started from Ghazipur, Singhu, Chilla, and Tikri border in a very quiet way. Tractor rally was not allowed to enter in central Delhi where police imposed 5 layer security on these borders and 40000 police, ITBP, and CRPF officers were put on duty but the matter became worse when a group of farmers from that the rally started moving towards the Red Fort.
Groups of some farmers who entered the Red Fort of Delhi along with their tractors have also broken the barricades, also committed violence with the police and Nissan Sahib's flag was installed on the Red Fort. Now this question comes when people of different religions were involved in that Protest, then why only the flag of Nissan Sahib put up, a video in which it was shown that while flagging someone gave the flag of India, the one who put the flag threw the flag of India that went wrong. This does not mean that the disrespect is only from the Protesters, many videos have also come up in which the police officers themselves are seen doing the disrespect the Indian flag, which is very wrong.
Deep Sidhu, who is a Punjabi actor, has admitted that he has put the flag but some famous people are saying on YouTube that he was a BJP worker, he supported Bollywood actor Sunny Deol who is MP, supported him from BJP's side in the election, but in his recent tweet, Sunny Deol mentions that he and his family has no connection with Deep Sidhu.
Now a question comes when the condition set by the Delhi Police was clear in all of them that there should not be any type of weapon tomorrow, then how that particular Group had a sword, iron rod, and multiple weapons, where did it come from?
They were forbidden to picket, but Protesters also were picketing in many places and refused to go back, In order to stop what the police say in this situation? the police also had to take action and use tear gas and Lathi-charge.
Now know what the media showed and what is reality?
Indian media showed that some Protesters removed the flag of India to the Red Fort and hoisted the flag of Nishan Saheb, but the truth is that the Indian flag was not removed, but the flag of Nissan Sahib was put on the second pole.
Many people were also saying that the Khalistan flag and Nissan Sahib's flag are the same, but the truth is that Nissan Sahib is the religious flag of the Sikh, which is regarded with great respect and value in their religion.
Nissan Sahib is found in the religious place of Sikhs, even in the Army, Nissan Sahib is also attached with the Indian flag in many Sikh regiments.
Khalistan flag associated with the Khalistan movement, some Sikh associations want to separate from India and create their own country, which will be named as Khalistan (The land of Khalsa).
The Khalistan flag and Nissan Sahib are very similar but there are many differences among them.
Where Nissan Sahib is saffron-colored, the same Khalistan flag is yellow. The shape of the Nissan Sahib flag is triangular and the Khalistan flag has a rectangular shape. The logo of the Khalistan flag and the flag of Nissan Sahib are the same but the Khalistan flag is written in English and Punjabi.
Some videos also appeared in which along with Nissan Sahib, the Khalistan flag was also seen flying on the Red Fort. A lot of videos and photos were also revealed in which it was seen that the farmers were trying to break the Barricades and enter inside the Red Fort, in some videos, the farmer was also shown committing violence with the police.
On this, those former leaders said that whatever riots have been done, it is not by the farmer but by some antisocial associations who joined his rally with the farmers.
